untitled.garden and its apps are made by Adrian Galilea (adriangalilea.com), an independent developer based in Spain. The data controller for anything here is reachable at gardener@untitled.garden.

If you sign in (GitHub, Google, or Telegram): the name, email, and avatar your provider shares. If you participate: your proposals, votes, comments, and what you follow. If you follow by email without an account: that email address, only after you confirm it.

Anonymous proposals stay anonymous in public - the account link exists only so you can manage your own words.

No tracking cookies, no ad tech, no fingerprinting, no selling anything to anyone. Analytics are Cloudflare Web Analytics: cookieless, aggregate, privacy-first.

The apps themselves don't phone home. They keep your data on your machine and send nothing about you. Our distribution endpoints count downloads and update checks (a proxy for active installs) server-side, anonymously and in aggregate, never tied to you or your data. If that ever changes, this page changes with it.

We email you only for things you opted into: updates on requests you participated in, and release notes for projects you follow. Every email carries a one-click unsubscribe that works without logging in.

Infrastructure only: Vercel (hosting), Turso (database), Cloudflare (DNS, media delivery, email sending). No other recipients.

Access, correction, deletion, the lot (GDPR applies - we're in Spain). You can edit or delete your own comments and proposals in place. For anything else, including deleting everything: email gardener@untitled.garden and the gardener will handle it personally.
