Move Library to different location

This was in my internal to-do list, heads-up part of the plan is to have a side-car iOS app that can consume and even import local files, just not yt-dlp.

I reviewed this in depth and it's riddled with traps. Due a current architecture that is past its initial scope and to accommodate the new ideas such as iCloud and device sync I want to prepare for, I'll tackle this rewrite next.
