Naming conventions for Library and Browser

For me Library is the wrong word for what is essentially a Queue. Same for Browser, that seems like it should be Library.

So switch Library to Queue, because that is what it is and it only shows items downloaded and queued up for you to watch and then be removed once done and rename Browser to Library as it contains the Library of all your channels or episodes that can be queued or downloaded

I also felt that the names don't match what the surfaces do, and a rename is already planned for the next major version. Today's "Library" is really the playback surface: a player with your list beside it.

The plan is to have:

Library view
Player+Queue view (what is now called Library)
Browser may either be absorved into Library or stay standalone as is external content, this I haven't decided yet and will probably depend on how it feels
